Customer service is amazing, I accidentally ordered gold instead of silver and the company sorted it no issues. The necklace is very good quality, the only issue I have is that the clasp to close it is very small so a bit hard to do. But apart from that I really recommend

Wunderschöne Kette, jedoch eine recht lange Lieferzeit mit 3 Wochen (von UK nach Deutschland). Aber total gerechtfertigt, da sie personalisiert und von einem Small Buissness ist. Außerdem fielen bei der Lieferung nochmal 10€ Zollkosten an die man dem Postboten geben musste, was leicht irritierend war aber ich denke dafür kann Binky Belle nichts, sondern es ist der Post verschuldet.
