AirPods Pro 3 Case | Top Grain Leather

I ordered both an airpod case and phone case in Teal. The order took about 3 weeks to be delivered. With the last update on delivery from Mintapple I elected to take their free personalisation offer. The items arrived with a vast difference in colouration. I reported this immediately and received an unpleasant response. I have requested that they share a complaint ref number so I can escalate this matter. This has been ignored. They refuse to give me a refund because the items are personalised. My argument is that the items should not have been personalised if there was a quality check on the orders. They shoud have spotted the difference straight away.
