Is Northern Cypress a National team?

Recieved this as a Christmas gift, was a little suprised it counted as a Natrional team but the shirt is ok. More amused that i bought a National Team mystery shirt for my brothers birthday after Christmas and he received the same one. We are looking forward too seeing how many others we spot being worn during the year.
