If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I ordered this beard balm on June 15, today is the July 13, I still have nog received my order, they told me they would be shipping it two weekends ago and offered to upgrade the shipping to priority. Now the customer service chat will no longer respond to my messages and they are shipping it out today via standard delivery, deplorable service!
