Scepticle but impressed although they have limitations

Scepticle but impressed. As most people becised between these and a full rack, you can't fault the convenience of these and very happy to have purchased them. The weight chaging is very easy and smooth and very easy to put togther. Negatives would be, I've noticed small chips in some of the plates which, considering they're still pretty new and haven't had streanuous use, is a bit of a pain but not the end of the world. Also worth noting that becasue of the construction, the weight seems to shift around in the dumbell during certian movements which again, expectedand you get used to. Not suitable for fast-paced movements like power cleans, or for exercises that take you to absolute failure, as you can't drop them/let go of them etc but for stable exercises, very good and would recommend

I was debating if adjustable dumbells were worth the money but for any progressive overload training they are perfect and easily used. So far t been great addition.he have. Delivery and setup was straight forward.
