I had ordered one size too small for one of my pups and I asked if I would be able to exchange it. I was told no, but they will mail me a new one that will fit my pup and to donate the one I purchased to a shelter or give to a pup that needed one. That stole my heart! Not only did I receive AMAZING and PROMPT customer service but the generosity for the love of animals is apparent. I must add that these harnesses are magic! My pups pull like crazy and this makes all the difference in the world! You can tell that it is more comfortable for your babies. These are great!!!!!

I really like the collar. The only thing that I would like to change is the size of the Velcro strip with Milo’s name on it. It’s too long and curls up on the end and I’m always catching something on it. I’ve tried readjusting it but the it doesn’t fit right on the Velcro.

Maci started not caring for her harness. When I was getting it to put on her every morning, she would turn around and walk away. With the new one she walks right into it. Takes 10 seconds. Only small complaint......fabric looks cheap
