I absolutely love this watch! I wear it when we go motorcycle riding, to bike rallies, out dancing, etc . I had a similar one that broke after I had purchased it at a bike rally. Was so happy when I found another one on Cycolinks page, after lots of searching. When I received it there was a pin out of a link in it. I contacted them through email and explained the issue. They responded within 48 hours and within a few weeks I received a replacement. Their business ethic was on point. Not all companies are like that these days. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

love the quality of the watch and the design. I have had so many compliment on it already. The band without the extra link is a tiny bit tight and with a tiny bit big but that's not a big deal. Poor eye sight so I wish there was a choice with numbers on the face but again not a big deal. Very happy with my purchase.
