Hopeful reminders, humbling and opening the heart field

I love my bracelet! It reminds me to open my heart field to love, when I feel most bogged down. As a primary care physician, I sometimes feel like the lived experience I have, won't be passed on, and the understandings I have related to beauty at every age, size, and ability to communicate, won't be understood by our next generations. However meaningful bracelets like the Little Word's Project, inspire others to acknowledge how very very special and important their body is, and to not take any moment for granted and to be present with the gift of life.
