Red & Infrared Light Panel

I use this when I shower at night. Just outside the shower glass. I turn off the lights and just have this one. 10 minutes is perfect. Haven’t used it long enough to see any anti-aging effects but happy with my new routine.

Love it, as a firm believer and user of red light therapy this is a fantastic product. Well built and a convenient size similar to that of max sized phone. Can be used on a stand or even on a tripod style selfie stick for specific area usage. Would highly recommend it and a great price too.

This little panel is brilliant. I have all sorts of light kit, and this one is so portable and does the job so well. Great for focused work on specific places on the body in particular, but more generous than a photobiomodulation torch.
