They say it’s “hassle free returns”. That’s a complete lie, I specifically explaining the issue 3 times, because a video would be to long. They said no video, no return, or refund. They never say that upfront, and make it seem easy to return. Now I’m stuck with this junk. It has a short battery span as I explained to them that mine maybe faulty, but the item works well just for short periods though. Either way, they can care less about you once they have your money. An exchange, and even bought 2 more, but now I wouldn’t reccomend this to a soul. Why throw money away on a company that doesn’t even read your emails, or stay true to their hassle free return. They could’ve even made a deal with me, but nothing. No solution they just kept my money, and now I barely use this. They could’ve had a happy customer that talks well about them. I’m part of one of the most famous MMA gyms in the world, and I recently announced to never trust or use this company. Now they lose thousands.

I was frustrated because there are no instructions. I tried the QR code link and it shows all products except the red light cupping. Had to google and received AI instructions. Pretty disappointing.

Not a quality product. Doesnt have a instruction manual physically or online. Impossible to make a return.
