Red Light Therapy Mask

This mask that i received has a defect on the battery pack side of the mask, that causes the side with the battery and the upper right section under the eye area to get very hot. Like ripped off my face in a panic hot. The other side remained cool to the touch. I have been trying to get resolution from Nuvio, having reported the issue right away. And their Customer service advised that they needed video proof that the mask is overheating and that the remote included is not functioning. So far they have not offered a solid resolution. Im told that their tech team were reviewing the details for the past week, including the multiple videos and detailed report that I promptly sent upon their request. I asked for an exchange bc i do not see other reported issues in the reviews, but this has yet to be offered. Also, there are different light cycles, mine does not reflect any color changes. No red light, It only stays green. Not happy.

I just received this today and while the instructions to set up are easy and the mask fits well and is lightweight, it didnt come with a storage bag so I’ll have to use the box it came in. I can’t give it 5 stars until I use it for a few weeks and see what the results are. I’ve contacted their customer service chat and expressed that an included storage bag would’ve been nice.
