Customer service and products

I habe made many orders (the scents are AMAZING). I ordered the pine and leather diffuser and it was broken/spilled upon delivery. While the bix smelled amazing, RS replaced the product quickly and it was a different scent. Pine was sold out. The new scent is just indescribable and perfect!!
