Women's Wool & Cashmere Horseshoe Cable V-Neck Sweater

This sweater is glorious! Not scratchy at all, so warm amd cozy. I bought it as an outfit to wear to an outdoor event and i knew the weather was going to be cold and damp amd i was so warm and toasty!! I love this. I bougjt an extra large and normally wear a med-large. Im bigger busted and this was a very flattering bit not over stretched fit.

Although this sweater was well made and a beautiful color, it runs VERY small. The arms were so tight I could not bend my arm at the elbow. I've written 2 times asking for assistance to either get a refund or an exchange but there has been no response.

I did not notice the small grey specks in it, and it’s not very soft. The sleeves are very long, longer than I’d expect on a sweater. It was on sale so I can’t return it. Is it possible to exchange it?
