The first night I tried them on, one of them fell out and was on my pillow in the morning. That was a sign to find a better fit. (They come with a size medium already installed). I switched around between the small and extra small, decided on the small and tried them and hey presto, they stayed in all night and I slept so incredibly soundly. Love them!
