Brilliant

First time using spray malt instead of LME. Used it to make a NEIPA with citra and mosaic, turned out great. Perhaps one day I'll take on the challenge of all grain.

Simply Pale

I have brewed several dry hopped variations of Simply Pale and found that the extra light spray malt ( 1Kg addition to simply pale kit) works very well I simmer it Into a solution and add to the pre hopped liquid malt extract and dry hop the batch at the end of fermentation, this results in a very light brew with an ABV of 4.2 to 4.5
