Spaymalt not sterile

I bought the spraymalt to cultivate yeasts as a priming culture. I made it up with boiling water and left one bottle as a sterility control. It grew bacteria. Do you sell any malt/ wort that is sterile or do I need to get a pressure cooker!

Added to brew to replace the brewing sugar All went well excellent fermentation And now the brew is maturing
