Protein Smoothie

Filling but not bloating

I much prefer this smoothie to other proteins I've tried. It's filling after a workout or in addition to a lighter lunch at work, keeping me going on a long shift. I like the flavour, and tend to mix with milk (dairy or plant-based).

Nice protein, mild taste

I am really enjoying this protein powder so far as it has pretty clean ingredients, helps boost my protein intake, has a mild flavour (not too sweet) and it's a really fine powder and mixes well. So far, I've tried it as a drink with soy milk, in a pancake batter (this worked really well!) and with yogurt.

Gorgeous tasting protein smoothie which I whizz in the blender with Alpro soy protein milk for an additional protein hit.
