The quality is like no other cap that I have purchased, BUT I do have some problems with the way the business owner communicates. First and foremost, he claims that the cap is “Proudly made in Europe”, but the tracker for the order is from China and it says that the cap is from China aswell, so it really isn’t made in Europe, it’s designed in Europe. Second of all, the shipping time was awful, and it’s not the manufacturer fault. I’ve talked to the owner on email and he told me after I’ve waited for 20 days since I placed the order without any shipping news or updates that the shipping will start in 5-8 business days, but it didn’t. The product is amazing, the service can be a lot better
