HEISSENBERGER FIRST

"I had high expectations for a store with such a track record in Austria, but I was left quite disappointed. I bought the HEISSENBERGER First, ground for Turkish coffee. Since I have made Turkish coffee countless times, I know exactly how to prepare it, but this coffee is simply too bitter. It practically has no flavor nuances and even tastes a bit burnt. Perhaps it appeals to those who like an extremely dark, pushed-to-the-limit roast, but it wasn’t for me. Furthermore, the price is quite high, and the added shipping costs make the overall value rather poor. To top it off, the tea my wife ordered didn't taste like much either and left a lot to be desired. Overall, this order did not deliver the expected quality.
