Magic Calm Magnesium+

Effectivness

Have only been taking the calm magnesium for aprox 2 weeks. Was skeptical at first but I believe it is having some positive effects and that it is helping me feel more calm at bedtime. It seems to last well into the night. I have tried other brands of magnesium but this one seems to work the best. It's part of my nightly routine.

The flavor is delicious Not sweet, just right The mouth feel is like wine The effect is like half a glass of wine(for me) It is a pleasant new part of my nightly routine

Night time treat

I’ve been using the Magic Calm Magnesium for going on two weeks now. Taste great and if I remember to take it an hour or more before I crawl in bed I can tell that it quiets my racing brain a bit. Hopeful that I will see longer periods of uninterrupted sleep the longer I take it. (I’m 58 and post menopause)
