I ordered a watch for my wife for our 35th anniversary. USPS said it had been delivered but it never came. I tried to deal with the post office but whether it was online or on the phone, the best they could do for me is to contact Waldor and have them start an international tracking of the product...this was going to be a hassle.
I sent in a questionnaire form to Waldor. They got back to me within one day and to resolve the problem they are sending another watch...problem solved.
