MagCase Frame

The experience I have had with this company is woeful. I ordered the purple case and it’s not even the same colour as represented in the advertising photos. It is much darker, and the quality is abysmal. I have had two refunds declined without any given reason. I am still trying to contact the company for a full refund and to return this god awful product. Don’t fall for the same, poorly advertised and misrepresented product I have as trying to contact the customer support team is equally as poor as the product. Severely disappointed with their conduct and will be contacting my bank to discuss options of a chargeback.

The look and feel of this phone case is exactly what I wanted. After figuring out how to separate the parts, I really liked this case. The screen cover is so smooth and responsive. My only complaint is that it doesn’t magnetize onto my charging phone stand very well. It will hold but often falls off and you can feel that the strength of the hold is very weak.

This is an absolutely beautiful phone case. Took a while to arrive but well worth it. Purchased the cosmic orange for iPhone 17 Pro Max. Have been using silicon ones until now but the colours from clothing have stained them all making them look shabby.
