I honestly wish I could give zero stars. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review like this. I never received my order after waiting for weeks. I was told to contact the shipping company myself, so I did. I followed every instruction, provided all the information they requested, and did everything I could on my end. The shipping company still could not locate my package. After all of that, customer service simply told me to keep waiting again, putting me right back at the exact same point where I started. I kept following up, but received the same repetitive responses with no actual solution. Customers should not have to chase down their own missing package and then be told to wait indefinitely. No package, no clear explanation, and no resolution. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not order from this company again.
