Wireless Sensor Tag (with Temperature)

Dont put it in the freezer.

I bought the tag to put into my freezer to ensure if it was left open or the power went out I would be informed. Operating temp on the spec is -40 Degrees F. Unfortunately the temp in the freezer (-20 F) caused the battery in the tag to drain and it become non-functional in about a week. Disappointed.

Do the job well, despite one defective tag.

4 out of 5 tags are working perfectly. I use them to detect open/close for front door, back door, garage door, ground level windows. However, one of the tags is not working properly. The other four are fine though, and they are very useful and give me peace of mind knowing I'll be alerted of anyone entering my house when I'm not home. They even give me peace of mind when I am home, I know that even if I'm sleeping at night for example, I'll be alerted of anyone entering my house. That's exactly what I needed and they do the job well. I must have gotten one defective tag, but the rest do what I need them to do. The app is a bit overwhelming with all the options to adjust, but this can be a plus for people who want that level of customization. Not user friendly for non-tech people though. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase. One star off for the defective tag.

Great product. Got 5 tags to try out. Now am addicted to remote monitoring. Provides great temp charts. One of the tags is not measuring angles correctly. Might return it or just use it for temp only. Oterwise door monitoring is great. Joint owners of property also impressed and want me to leave tags there. Have to get more tags and Reed sensor. Also will probably get system for another property.
