Blonde

Usually blonde roasts are too weak for me, but the Blonde Whole Bean from Rostinni Caffè has the perfect balance. Smooth, clean, slightly sweet, and still enough caffeine kick to wake you up without that burnt aftertaste. Ground it fresh for espresso and it came out incredibly creamy. Easy to drink black too, which says a lot. Definitely became my go-to morning coffee.
