I ordered this months ago for my girlfriend as a gift. I never received it, Joie d’Or customer service blamed it on the courier the courier blamed it on Joie d’Or and I have yet to recieve the item or a refund after numerous emails back and forth with Julia from customer service. I am disappointed and to date have still not received the item or my money back. DONT buy from this shop, you’ll get scammed.
