First I do appreciate Full Leaf Tea Co. The menopause tea has helped me tremendously. So I was willing to try other teas being my result thus far has been amazing. The matcha taste will take some getting use too not a fan of the taste, however it do get the job done. The matcha along with the live tea gives me a nice pick-me-up. I like to natural boost of energy that comes along with it. I drink the matcha first thing in the morning and the tea in the afternoon on workout das. Definitely a good combination, oh lets not forget the tea strainer that comes with. Love it.
