This tea smells and tastes delicious! Although I have only been using this for a couple of weeks I can notice a difference in my energy level and the quality of my sleep. I would definitely recommend this.

Good Program

This is a good morning and night regimen, but I need more caffeine than what the matcha tea provides. It has a good flavor and works well in the morning with the included strainer flask. The tranquil tea is a game changer for those needing to get some solid rest. I was using a sleep tea by another company that got discontinued and I was really wondering what I was going to do. This tea is great for a warm way to relax and unwind before bed. Has a nice subtle minty flavor.
