Customer service / quality work
I ordered 6 watches for my groomsmen back in August. The order was done with engraving and it was a last minute order. I was worried because I only had a few weeks to the wedding. I contacted Grain and oak explained the situation and they stated it was not a problem the watches would be dine on time. Needless to say within a week I received the order. The watches came out perfect and were a hit with the guys. Customer service is extremely reliable and pleasant to deal with and the quality of work amazing. I would recommend Grain and Oaks to anyone.
