Very good product... helps with the inflammation and very relaxing

Now part of my daily routne. Improved my overall mood in the middle of the January winter blues. My energy levels have increased and I’m feeling stronger. If you cannot buy a panel for yourself, this is a good alternative at this price point. I have a Hooga Ultra panel and this mat is not as strong but it does cover your whole body and more affodable, so that alone makes it worth the consideration. Using the mat is an easy way to start or end your day. I think everyone should try it. I’m looking forward to see how the changes on my skin become more apparent in the next few weeks.

Amazing, helps my pain so much. After 5 mins i can feel my pain dissipating and i usually fall asleep using the mat. Would highly recommend
