Perfect size, if you need a just a small amount of electrolytes during that middle size run were you feel like you might not need it, definitely a game changer and hang it from now on in my 10k + runs

This is great for runs of any distance and a perfect size to go in a running vest. Good quality product and I would buy again. The only issue is the taste of the water for the first few uses but fine after a few washes.
