Strap attached backwards
It is a lovely bag but the strap was sewn to the wrong side of the bag! In all the pictures of the bag the actual wide cloth part of the bag meant to be slung on the shoulder runs down toward the logo and the front pocket. In the bag they sent me, the adjustable strap side is on the side of the logo and front pocket. I have to wear this bag backwards to use the strap properly and won't be able to properly use the front pocket sadly.
