I have requested a return four different times—through your website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email. It has been weeks, and I still haven’t received a single response. I keep reaching out, but no one even bothers to provide an update or acknowledge my request. It seems that your only interest is when customers are buying. As soon as someone has an issue or needs to return a product, your customer service disappears. I followed all the return instructions exactly as provided, yet I have received no assistance whatsoever. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who spend their money with your company. Very disappointing customer service.

If there was a option of no stars i would use that option. Terrible cheap material, terrible bent stitching, pockets are the wrong way around. Trying to Get my money back but they ignore your messages. I have pictures to show how bad they are. Its actually shocking how they are trying to sell these shorts for the price they are when the material resembles something you would pay £3 from shein. Do not purchase!

CATASTROPHIQUE !!! Je ne suis pas satisfait de ma commande. Le short est arrivé taché, le logo présente plusieurs défauts de finition et le vêtement est excessivement froissé. Ces problèmes ne correspondent pas à la qualité attendue d’un produit neuf.
