Contrast Stitch Pull Over Hoody - Grey

I’d give it no stars if that was an option. I needed to return the items I purchased for a smaller size which was unavailable. First the return cost 30$ which I find odd. No problem. I should’ve known the return policy. I was given a credit option with an additional £10 as a goodwill gesture which was fine, provided there was something else I preferred. I responded asking whether getting my money back was an option. I got no response. I’ve sent 3 emails. Still waiting. This could be a good company—I don’t know—but my customer experience sucks. I still not sure if I’ll ever get my money back. Don’t risk buying anything from the company unless you know that you won’t return the item. Totally disappointed!
