Aura Birthstone Ring

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered and paid for four rings from Indigo Lune. After a long wait, the parcel finally arrived in Spain, and I had to pay approximately €80 in customs charges on top of the cost of my order. Customs had already informed me that the parcel appeared to contain four empty boxes. When I finally received it, that is exactly what I found: four Indigo Lune boxes and not a single ring inside. I have photos and the customs documentation to prove it. I have contacted Indigo Lune requesting either a replacement of all four rings at no additional cost, including customs charges, or a full refund plus reimbursement of the €80 I paid. I will update this review depending on their response.

Love the item. Just dislike the fact that i couldn’t retuned the item for a differnt size. But overall i love it.

Gorgeous!!! The May emerald is stunning! It’s such a beautiful piece…for a size 7 though, it seems a little smaller than my other rings. I still adore it and am very impressed by the quality of their products. 10/10, definitely recommend!
