Eterna Birthstone Ring

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered and paid for four rings from Indigo Lune. After a long wait, the parcel finally arrived in Spain, and I had to pay approximately €80 in customs charges on top of the cost of my order. Customs had already informed me that the parcel appeared to contain four empty boxes. When I finally received it, that is exactly what I found: four Indigo Lune boxes and not a single ring inside. I have photos and the customs documentation to prove it. I have contacted Indigo Lune requesting either a replacement of all four rings at no additional cost, including customs charges, or a full refund plus reimbursement of the €80 I paid. I will update this review depending on their response.

I received a ring and a necklace for Mother’s Day. After a few weeks, one of I received a ring and a necklace for Mother’s Day. After a few weeks, one of the stones fell out of my ring. I emailed the company, sent some pictures, and they sent me a brand new one as a replacement. I was very impressed by the customer support. And I absolutely love my jewelry. I wear it every day and they’re gorgeous.

I got two for one for myself for all 4 of my babies birthstones. They look great in the images at ordering but look incredible in real life. Surpassed my expectations and i’m ordering more for me, my friends and mother. Fantastic quality and I wear them all the time. Was also pleasantly surprised that the stones go the whole way around the ring and not just front facing.
