I absolutely love this style dog nail filer. My new pug got kicked out of the daycare groomer, and refuses the dremel at home. So we do a few swipes of this on each paw every time we come in from outside. I have yet to replace the sandpaper but hopefully that goes well. It came with 3 or 4 replacements which is nice.

Just sandpaper on a wooden handheld knob, does make noise and one of my dogs hates it.
