Convertible Strapless Bandeau Bra

Excellent customer service.

I bought the white strapless bra but wasn’t sure on my size as the guide said it doing do my size. I took a chance and ordered a small. It was slightly too tight on the back so asked to exchange it for a medium. This was a very easy and stress free experience. They even told me I could keep the old one which I’ve given to my daughter. This one fits much better. I am now going to order it in black for both myself and my daughter. Thank you.

My bra arrived but unfortunately it was too small. I contacted customer service to arrange an exchange for a bigger size. They told me I could keep the bra and they would send the correct size. I received the new bra but unfortunately it does not have the support that I need but my daughter said it was brilliant and very comfortable. I think my days with strapless bra's are over.

Very comfortable strapless bra. Not cheap but worth it. I ordered black and white in two different sizes as I wasn’t sure about sizing as I tend to be an in between size in a lot of clothes. I arranged to send the two bras I didn’t want back only to be informed that I was to be refunded the cost but could still keep them. What excellent customer service.
