I received my product today was very disappointed the chain on the earring was broken the clasp on the chain cannot open no matter how I try, so not happy with this product at all

It doesnt open and their customer services is absolutely appalling £40 and niw I need to try and get it back

Much smaller yhan it looks on picture and thr clasp was atiff so had to take it to a jeweller to fix
