Nice summer dress

This dress is very light and airy for summer and the blue is really beautiful. I'm usually a size small and this one fit slightly tight in the bust, so I sized up to a medium since it has an oversized look anyway. The only thing I was disappointed with was I noticed on the lower part of the skirt a flaw in the material that looks like 3 small perfect tears about an inch long. The material is very thin and delicate. I hadn't taken the tags off yet and was going to exchange it, but it was an online purchase and I had already thrown away the packaging and online orders can't be returned in the store. So I obviously had to keep it as is, but I would for sure say for the cost of the dress, inspect it very carefully! The pattern covers a lot so I didn't notice it upon first opening. Hold it up to the light to make sure there are no manufacturing flaws in the fabric.
