It doesn't hold my phone

the suction cups are great, but the magnet falls out when you try to take your phone off and its almost like my iphone 16pro is too heavy to stay up. It also came with no name on it so i feel as if it was a fake. I tried to contact the company and still have yet to hear back.

I love the idea if it but the material is very cheap and doesnt stay in place when you put your phone on it. The mag safe is also pretty weak compared to other products I have. I’m very disappointed, because I was really excited about this mount.
