From start to finish the experience was great communication delvers and quality of product was everything I could have asked for. This was purchased as a gift which has yet to be delivered. But I know it will hold a special place with my son.

I'd be happy if my friend bought me this

I bought this for a friend so have only had the chance to check it out in making sure it was suitable to pass on as a gift. The glass itself is fairly thick and the whole construction weighs about half a kilo. The construction as a whole feels very solid, I couldn't see any gaps between the tumbler and the piston so I hope that the piston base doesn't allow water in during the wash. The piston is a lovely die cast with no seams, no imperfections and a flawless finish. Construction of the whole unit feels wonderfully solid and is well packaged and presented. The only thing I'd like to clarify for others is that the tumbler and piston are one piece, the piston does not act as a holder for the tumbler. Overall, I'd be pretty happy if my friend bought me this piece so I'm happy to gift this to my good friend and hope that he enjoys it.
