Sunset Shore Tofu White

Tried to exchange it because the stitching was faulty and rubbed badly. A week later I’ve had zero communication from TropicFeel. The exchange order number they provided is not recognised and no response from them via email. The only other way to contact them is through their chatbot which just keeps saying it has esclated this to the support team. Incredibly loor customer service. This was my fifth pair of shoes from them. Very disappointing.

These are the ones you want. Tougher material than the original sunset, same level of comfort and practicality.

These shoes are so versatile. I own 3 pair and wear them all the time in the summer!
