CAROL MAXI DRESS

The quality was really poor on this dress. They also hide that they dont do returns for “personal prefrence” until youve emailed them for days. No where on the website does it state this. Also this company is comoletely run by AI. Please dont purchase anything from them!

Very disappointed with this purchase. The dress I received was not as described on the website and did not match the quality or expectations created by the listing. When I contacted the company about returning it, they required me to pay expensive international return shipping to China, which was nearly the cost of the dress itself. The return process was unreasonable, and the company was unwilling to provide a prepaid return label or a fair solution. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Dress was not what I expected, did not flatter my body. Tried to return the dress and they gave me every excuse “not to”. Then once I finally got the return created, shipped it back and never got refunded. Wont answer emails and cant get in contact with anyone. Read the other reviews and dont buy any of these dresses!
