Portrait Sketch - Personalized Whiskey Glass

If I like the glass is a tough question, because the concept is great, but the image on the glass is so light you can hardly see it. When I first opened it I thought they forgot to put an image on it. I will keep because it was a gift, but wouldnt order again. With that said if the image was darker would be a nice product.

The glass is nothing like they showed in the picture for my approval on the bourbon glass. It was etched in the... Picture of my dog was not colored. It's clear. You can barely see it. On the wine glass, the word spelled dock is half over the dog's picture, so it's blocked out. Totally unacceptable. This company will not do anything about it. They will not refund or replace the glasses, which is what I asked for. I'd give them a zero.

The etching was half the size and so light it was difficult to see. I ordered two for my husband’s birthday and one of the etching p, besides being very small, was smeared. The quality control is lacking. The size and of the image was the most disappointing because it was barely noticeable, vs the image in the ad.
