Dewlora 4 In 1 CO Detector

Received order and 1 of the items the screen is damaged. Reached out to support at dewlora and there has been no response. I contacted them the day I received the order! Problem resolved. I pulled the rec tab off not realizing there is a plastic cover over the screen. THANKS Dewlora fir responding and helping to resolve my problem!!

These units are so annoying! They go off constantly even when everything is ok. It has gone off after opening the bathroom door from steam, or near a gas fireplace thats not on, or for no reason. We cannot figure out how to turn it off or adjust it. We have moved them around to other outlets and they still go off randomly. We feel we are not in danger, but they are too sensitive or not working properly. I'd like a return, but the 30 day return policy is a joke. We've only had them a couple months and it was a waste of money.

I would not recommend this detector. It was a waste of money. Each one goes off continuously throughout the day after unplugging it. If you light a canflr it goes off. When yiu turn your oven in it goes off . Too sensitive!
