Large Brim Boater Hat Puebla

I am not going to give 1 star to the hat. Hat itself is beautiful, 5 stars. I will give 1 star for the poor management of the delivery. I waited almost one month to receive the hat, and ai paid around 26€ for the shipment. I really didn’t like how they handle the delivery and made me wait so long. On too of that, for the price I would have expected at least a box for the hat. Hopefully for the future they will manage a better costumer service and faster delivery for the price they are asking.

Dear Raceu Hats! I am absolutely amazed by the quality of the hat! I think there are not enough words to describe it! And the packaging, the client service - top notch! (The delivery was a bit long but I guess it wasn’t your fault). I would like to also emphasize the idea of giving a possibility of changing the size a bit by adding that little soft piece of foam. Thanks a lot for that! I will definitely be buying more of your hats in the future. All the best. Victoria
