Tinted Lens problem

This frame is lovely, however the tinted lenses are faulty. I am unable to see anything with them when outside in the sun, I can only see a reflection of my eyes in the lenses. I have to either wear a cap or put my hands on my forehead to provide a visor for my eyes in order to be able to see. I have several other tinted glasses which I wear without any such problem. This is the first time something like this has happened to me!
