The product is ok. Customer Services ? What customer service. Yet another retailer who won’t let you escape & are happy to let the link to manage subscriptions stay broken. Not to mention signing people up without permission. Not at all happy with this business at all.

Not so happy. Didn't do much difference to me. And despite is promoted money back guaranteed if you don't like it, and you can unsubscribe easily on the website... In my experience, there's no way to unsubscribe on the website, you have to directly contact them, and takes time to answer. Then they won't refund you, you have to wait for the product to arrive. But if you want to return it you're told they can refund you 20-30% of the nearly £31 you paid which is around 9 pounds or you can send the product to them paying for the postage, which to send something to Netherlands from the UK is gonna be more or less same as the refund they offer... Sincerely I'm disappointed and I would not recommend this product or company to any family member or friend.

Dont like that it dosent stay disloved in coffee, once you stir it in, it sinjs to the nottom if the cup
