Love my new strap, it is stylish and exactly what I wanted. But better than the actual strap was Jake's customer service: on account of it being an international order he contacted me to make sure I had ordered the right size, and had he not done that I would've indeed ended up with the wrong strap and an expensive return. Thanks so much for an overall excellent experience!
